COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY

Covid-19 is now a part of our everyday lives for the foreseeable future, it has therefore been decided that if you are unable to travel due to any of the following reasons you may defer your booking for up to 12 months from your original arrival date.

  • Where South Africa closes their borders and enforces a travel ban
  • Where the government of the country of residence making the booking has closed its borders to all but essential travel
  • Where the individual making the booking, or a family member who lives in the same household, is diagnosed with COVID-19 within 14 days of expected arrival date (MH with medical documentation and proof that you live in the same household will be required)
  • New booking dates are subject to availability. If the original booking is transferred to an accommodation or season with a higher rate, that difference in rate will be charged
  • Please note that cancellations will not be accepted, and no refunds are possible.
